Apply to a SEVP-approved school, receive an I-20 form, pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 form, and attend a visa interview.
Complete the DS-160 form, schedule an interview, provide supporting documents, and attend the interview. To extend, file Form I-539 before the visa expires.
