F-4 sponsorship allows US citizens (US nationals) to sponsor siblings of the sponsor to come to the US to settle and live. The sponsored person when coming to the US will be granted a 10-year green card.

Guarantee period: 14-15 years

Guarantee conditions:

The sponsor is 21 years of age or older and has US citizenship.

Guarantor: Having a sibling blood relationship with the sponsor.

The sponsored person (Vietnamese applicant): Married with children under 21 years old will have the right to accompany them to the US.

No crime and disease is prohibited from entering the US.

Eligible for financial support. If the conditions are not met, a co-sponsor can be found.
